Shop capabilities
Infrastructure and processes to return critical equipment to operating condition.
01
CNC and conventional machining
CNC and conventional lathes and machining centers, milling machines, a horizontal boring mill and grinders for large, high-precision components.
02
Remanufacturing of compression components
Complete recovery of cylinders, liners and engine-compressor components: machining, cryogenic shrink-fitting, shot blasting, industrial painting and testing.
03
Pump and downhole equipment repair
Repair of centrifugal and downhole pumps, valves and packers, with our own test bench.
04
Manufacturing of completion accessories
Seating nipples, crossovers, pup joints and threaded accessories manufactured in series to specification.
05
Welding and heat treatment
Qualified welding procedures and a heat-treatment furnace for stress relief and special processes.
06
Testing and inspection
Hydrostatic testing with documented records, dimensional verification and quality control at every stage of the process.
How we recover a component
Every piece of equipment that enters the shop follows a controlled, documented process from receiving to dispatch.
01
Assessment and machining
Dimensional inspection and precision machining on high-capacity machines.
02
Grinding
Finishing of critical surfaces with precision grinding.
03
Cryogenic fitting
Liner installation by cryogenic shrink-fitting with liquid nitrogen: an interference fit without mechanical stress.
04
Protection and finishing
Shot blasting and application of industrial coatings in our own booth.
05
Test and internal certification
Hydrostatic testing with documented chart records before dispatch.
Series manufacturing of completion accessories
We manufacture seating nipples, crossovers, pup joints and components from drawings or samples, in batches with traceability and piece-by-piece dimensional control. Production feeds directly into our well completion operations in the field.
We test before we deliver
We operate a test bench for pumps and rotating equipment and perform hydrostatic tests with documented records. No component leaves the shop unverified.
Inspection and diagnosis
We assess the equipment's true condition before any repair: controlled teardown, visual and dimensional inspection with calibrated instruments, and a documented diagnosis that defines the scope of work.
Specialized technicians, trained and equipped to HSE standards in every process.
A shop serving the complete cycle
This shop is the heart of our vertically integrated model: it repairs what our rigs pull out of oil wells, manufactures what our completions install and sustains the equipment of our EPC projects. One company, accountable from start to finish.
